From the moment we arrived until we left, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. The hotel is located in a great area, just a short walk from the market and lovely restaurants. The cleanliness of the rooms was excellent, with clean towels provided almost every day. The breakfast served at the hotel was tasty and fresh. The staff were all excellent, with one particular staff member, Hamza, going above and beyond to make us feel at home. He helped us with reservations, including arranging a last-minute quad bike trip.

The staff were very good too ensure our comfort and welfare at all times. The location was perfect, right in the middle of the medina, great to easily explore the city. The riad itself was beautifully decorated with a lovely courtyard and terrace. The breakfast served was delicious, especially the Moroccan honey. We also had a great experience with the night manager, Hamza, who was always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Riad Rk Suites & Spa for a wonderful stay in Marrakesh.

Helpful staff, nicely decorated rooms, spacious bathroom, delicious local food on offer, and close to the center with easy access to taxis. Airport pickup service highly recommended. Great experience overall, would stay again.

This hotel is ideally located near Jamaa el Fna square, giving you the opportunity to experience the vibrant market atmosphere without being overwhelmed by the noise and crowds. The room is spacious and clean, offering a comfortable retreat after a long day of exploring. The staff is welcoming and professional, going the extra mile to make you feel at home. The breakfast is delicious, and the serene view from the terrace is a great way to start your day. The facilities are excellent, with a spa and hammam recommended by the owner himself.
The price for dinner at the hotel is slightly high compared to the quality of the food and wine offered.

I recently stayed at this hotel in the center of Marrakech and I must say, it was exceptional. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, with attention to detail and a large bathroom. The staff, especially Talib, were very helpful and provided great service. The breakfast served on the roof terrace included delicious local pastries. the hotel offers great value for money with its central location and wonderful staff.
All was perfect, nothing to improve.
